Dinar Wall Concrete
Dinar Wall Concrete is one of Dinar Wall’s products, which is a wall panel consisting of an EPS layer as the filling material with a wavy shape. Each of its two-sided corrugations is reinforced and cross-braced, then covered with a mortar layer. The reinforcement in each corrugation forms micro-columns, strengthening the structure of the wall panel to withstand significant loads.
Dinar Wall Concrete can be widely applied to various low-rise and high-rise buildings, such as banks, office buildings, hospitals, schools, hotels, shopping centers, entertainment venues, portable residences, old house reconstruction, family homes, and warehouses.

Dinar Wall Sandwich GRC
Dinar Wall Sandwich GRC is one of Dinar Wall’s products, which is a precast concrete wall panel mixed with EPS (Expanded Polystyrene) beads as the inner layer and fiber cement boards as the outer layer. The combination of concrete and EPS beads results in a lightweight mass and energy-efficient material. To achieve a homogeneous mixture of concrete and EPS beads, the precast process is carried out using specific methods. The installation of DW Sandwich GRC does not require cement as an adhesive but only special-designed connectors. The cement fiber board coating on the outer side eliminates the need for cement finishing and allows for direct painting. Like other panels, it can be used as partitions for multi-story buildings, exterior walls, residential partitions, or prefabricated structures.

Dinar Wall Sandwich Panel
Dinar Wall Sandwich Panel is one of Dinar Wall’s products, which is a wall panel consisting of an EPS layer as the filling material that can be installed onto supporting structures using invisible connectors from the façade side. It is a three-layered building material consisting of two rigid sheets (metal, PVC, fiberboard, magnesite plates) with an insulation layer in between.
Dinar Wall Sandwich Panel can also be installed in a standard manner, directly onto supporting structures (wood, metal, or reinforced concrete). It can be used in prefabricated buildings based on steel frameworks, such as industrial sites, mobile structures, shopping centers, agricultural buildings, sports facilities, etc.

Dinar Wall Sandwich PIR Panel
Dinar Wall Sandwich PIR Panel is an advancement of DW Sandwich Panel, characterized by its high-density core, which results in high thermal conductivity. DW Sandwich PIR Panel has a texture similar to EPS, with the same underlying structure, but it utilizes polyisocyanurate as the filling material. Polyisocyanurate, commonly known as PIR, is a polymer blend of plastic and rubber with rubber-like properties but higher hardness. DW Sandwich PIR Panel is particularly suitable for applications in cold storage and rooms that require specific temperature stability.
